Head of Lending & Credit funds, CapPru
William Young is the Head of Lending and Credit Funds at CapPru.
Prior to CapPru, William was Fund Manager – Mortgages at Australian Unity where his responsibilities included loan origination, execution and management as well as funds establishment, funds management and new capital relationships. During his time at Australian Unity, William originated over $700m of loans and assisted to manage a fund with FUM of ~$500m.
William has over 26 years’ experience including over 19 years in real estate working for large listed corporations as well as private equity real estate funds.
William is a fellow member of CPA Australia (FCPA) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
