Tania is a partner in Walkers' Investment Funds and Corporate Group based in Walkers' Singapore office. Tania advises investment managers, financial institutions, corporates, as well as onshore law firms on the establishment and structuring of private equity, hedge, and venture capital funds. In addition, she advises clients across Asia-Pacific on carry and co-investment structures, fintech and digital asset funds, corporate M&A and joint venture transactions as well as capital markets transactions including listings and IPOs. Tania is a member of AIMA's digital assets working group.
