Chris Mo is a Partner at PwC Hong Kong with over 22 years of experience. Chris’ key areas of expertise and experience span the following areas: digital transformation, AI/data strategy, AI/data governance and technology risk management. He helped organisations to established AI governance policy/framework including government body and technology company. He is also experience in performing strategic study with conglomerates in formulate use cases and roadmap for AI and analytics adoption. He also has hands-on experience in implementing GenAI or machine learning solutions for retail clients, public sector and banking clients. He led projects to assist organizations, including government bodies and technology companies, in establishing AI governance policies and frameworks. Additionally, he has extensive experience conducting strategic studies with conglomerates and enterprises to formulate use cases and roadmaps for AI and analytics adoption. He also has hands-on experience implementing generative AI and machine learning solutions for clients in the retail, public sector, and banking industries. As a subject matter expert in responsible AI services at PwC, Chris is a regular speaker in industry seminars and conferences on digital transformation and governance. Chris is currently serving the industry in the following roles: • Committee member of the Information, Communication and Technology interest group of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant (“HKICPA”) • Member of the FinTech working group of the Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association (“ASIFMA”).
