Edward Fullard

Edward joined Buzzacott in December 2018 and is an Associate Director in our Corporate Business Services team. He works with regulated firms including hedge fund managers, asset managers, investment advisory firms, broker dealer firms and private equity firms. These clients are subject to ever changing regulations, therefore Edward and the team provide an important link to help them understand the new regulations, successfully alleviating the regulatory reporting burden. Edward and the team provide guidance on key regulations such as IFPR, AIFMD and MiFID II. In addition, he helps clients with on-going capital adequacy and liquidity monitoring, compliance with client money rules and ICARAs, while proactively advising clients on any upcoming regulations so they can plan ahead. Edward specialises in FCA regulations, including Annex IV and SEC regulations including Form PF. Edward is ACA and AAT qualified, having trained and qualified at a firm of chartered accountants in Gloucester. After qualifying, he worked as a senior in the Audit team at a firm in Cheltenham.
