Will is Legal Counsel at Wellington Management where he supports the EMEA funds business. He has advised on a variety of complex global ESG-related matters including SFDR implementation, EU Taxonomy, the EET and sustainability-related changes to MiFID, UCITS and AIFMD. Will has also spent time embedded with the Sustainability group at Wellington Management helping to develop sustainable investment policies and practices and advise on a number of ESG-related business initiatives. Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2017 Will was Legal Counsel at Oechsle International Advisors LLP.
