Christos Nifadopoulos

Christos Nifadopoulos joined RCM as a Partner and Group General Counsel in August 2021, and was made a member of the Partnership Board in July 2023. He is responsible for Legal, Compliance, HR, Investment Control and Business Administration at the firm. Previously, he was at Goldman Sachs (2009-2021) as EMEA Head of Equities Legal, having joined as Executive Director (2009), making Senior Counsel (2011) and Managing Director (2015). Christos was also Head of Global Investment Research Legal (2014-2021) and Co-Head of Equity Derivatives (2019-2021). Prior to this, Christos was an Associate in the Financial Regulation Department at Clifford Chance (2004-2009), and a Junior Research Fellow at Bristol University (2001-2002). Christos holds a PGDip in Law and LPC at BPP Law School, and earned an MPhil and a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
