Host: Brooke Rischbieth

Brooke is a Vice President at Blackstone. Raised in regional South Australia, she is a former Australian tennis champion with multiple international titles, including representing Australia in the 2011 Junior Fed Cup-winning team in Mexico alongside Ash Barty, marking just the second time Australia had won the junior world championship. Brooke was recruited on a full tennis scholarship to Northwestern University in Chicago before transitioning to finance following a shoulder injury. She spent five years at Goldman Sachs in the US before returning to Australia in 2022 to join Blackstone in their Real Estate Debt Strategies investment team. Brooke recently moved into the Institutional Client Solutions team this year and was a participating in the 2026 Elevating Women’s Voices Program.
