Amanda Bradley’s global reputation stems from her experience in the Michelin-starred French restaurant La Grenouillère, her leadership at Michelin-noted George restaurant, co-founding Canada’s reigning top best restaurant in the Michelin-starred Alo alongside her current role as Co-Founder and Operating Partner of Vela, also noted in the Michelin Guide.
Her unwavering dedication to the art of hospitality, keen eye for detail, and belief in service as a performance is only exceeded by her ability to manage and lead with respect and precision. Over the years, her name has become synonymous with the highest level of quality in the Canadian hospitality industry and she is just warming up.
