Andrew Ballinger

Andrew Balinger  is Director of Investment Operations at 3iQ and a Portfolio Manager for the 3iQ Managed Account Platform. In this role he oversees the operational and counterparty framework of 3iQ’s hedge fund infrastructure, including strategic partnerships, manager integration, and institutional execution infrastructure. In 2024 he led the project to incorporate staking into 3iQ's Ethereum ETF, the first product of it's kind globally. Andrew also brings experience as a former Investment Advisor at a digital asset focused VC and RIA, as well as an Enterprise Blockchain Researcher for the World Economic Forum.
