COO and RO, Valliance Asset Management
Larri Ballin is the Chief Operating Officer and a Responsible Officer at Valliance Asset Management, where he has directed firm-wide operations since March 2023. Prior to Valliance, Larri spent over 11 years at Myriad Asset Management Limited (MAML), serving as both COO and CFO. In these roles, he oversaw all non-investment functions, including risk management, investor relations, and regulatory compliance. His earlier career includes leading the financial and regulatory setup for Black’s Link Capital in Hong Kong, as well as roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Polygon, and Credit Suisse.
A Chartered Accountant by training, Larri began his career as an Audit Supervisor at KPMG. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Town.
