Yasmine Laurent

Yasmine is the Director of People & Culture at Tides Advocacy. She is a seasoned talent, equity & inclusion practitioner with over a decade of human capital experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Her versatile background encompasses developing and implementing full scale talent management, organizational development and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Yasmine has grown a robust career leading equity, access and change initiatives and people development and advocacy programs. She holds an MBA from Simmons College, a Masters in Human Services from Springfield College and received her dual Bachelors of Arts degree in Multinational Business Operations and International Affairs.
