Head of UK Compliance, Boussard & Gavaudan
Francisco began his compliance career at Waverton Investment Management (now W1M) after graduating in Law from the University of Kent in 2010.
He is currently Head of Compliance at Boussard & Gavaudan Investment Management, where he has served since 2023, and has held the position of Deputy Head of Compliance at the Boussard & Gavaudan Group since 2019. In these roles, he manages regulatory adherence across the firm's alternative investment operations, working with frameworks including AIFMD, MiFID II, and SFDR.
Francisco’s work focuses on regulatory reporting obligations for alternative investment managers, the implementation of regulatory requirements into firm processes, and cross-border compliance matters.
