Philip Wicksteed

Philip Wicksteed is a Director in our Corporate Business Services team and heads up our ‘company secretarial services’. His team of five provides bespoke support to a growing portfolio of clients. He is particularly passionate about firms in the alternative investments space and the unique governance challenges they face. Throughout his career, Philip has been instrumental to shaping his team’s response to major changes in company law, including the introduction of people with significant control disclosures. He is keenly interested in the latest reforms to Companies House, which will see the agency become an active gatekeeper of corporate data. Philip aims to share his insights to help alternative investment firms respond to these reforms with confidence. He is also dedicated to mentoring the next generation of chartered governance professionals, recognising their crucial role in shaping the future of the profession.
