Olga Campbell-Wood is Executive Director, Legal, Capital Markets at CSC, supporting loan agency, security trustee and escrow services across complex multi-lender financings involving bank and private credit lenders. A dual-qualified solicitor (Australia & UK) with almost 20 years’ experience across private practice and in-house roles in Sydney and London, Olga previously led ANZ’s Institutional legal teams driving the bank's digital transformation and innovation agenda, including work on AI regulatory frameworks. A long-standing APLMA Documentation Committee member, she has helped shape APAC loan market conventions, and champions the practical adoption of legal technology and AI. Olga will moderate the session 'From Prompt to Portfolio: Real AI Usage in Private Credit'.
