Yayoi Asazuma joined Nomura Securities in July 2025 as Executive Director, Capital Introduction, within the Prime Services Department, where she helps connect hedge fund managers with investors and allocators. She previously spent more than 20 years at Nomura, working in Asia ex-Japan equity sales to institutional investors, based in Singapore, Hong Kong, and London. She then transitioned into the ESG industry, where she successfully influenced institutional investors and financial institutions to adopt sustainable investment practices in Tokyo and Singapore. She has extensive experience managing institutional investor accounts in Japan and the broader APAC region.
2025年7月に野村證券のプライムサービス部に入社し、現在はヘッジファンド運用者と投資家/アロケーターを繋ぐキャピタル・イントロダクションを担当。これ以前にも、野村シンガポール、香港、ロンドンで株式リサーチセールスとして、グローバルの機関投資家向けのアジア株式セールス業務に20年以上に渡り携わる。その後、ESG業界に転身し、東京とシンガポールにおいて、機関投資家や金融機関のサステナブル投資のサポートに従事。日本およびAPAC地域全体の機関投資家顧客に関して、豊富な経験を有する。
