Rahul leads the financial regulatory practice at TT&A. He advises banks, financial institutions, funds and foreign portfolio investors on trading and clearing of securities and derivatives, stock exchange and clearing corporation rules (including membership, trading documentation, netting and collateral enforceability), OTC derivatives and securities, banking and payments systems regulations (including registrations and compliances). Rahul started his career at Linklaters LLP in London in 2001 before moving to TT&A in 2009.
