C-Suite Consultant and Director
Ursula has over 20 years of international asset management and investment banking experience, having held various C-Suite roles at Hedge Funds (Eisler Capital, Finisterre Capital and Altima Partners) and senior executive roles at HSBC and Deutsche Bank. Roles have included COO, Chief of Staff, Partner, GC and CCO - together with membership of multiple fund and management entity boards.
Her responsibilities have focused on legal, compliance and operating strategy. She has particular experience in ensuring corporate, regulatory and ethical governance, and delivering improved operational efficiency and integrity. Her technical experience includes regulated funds (UCITS, US Mutual Funds, ICAV) as well as Euro MTF Listed, and unregulated Hedge Funds and Private Equity. Within these funds the focus has been, Multi-Strategy, Global Macro and Emerging Markets equity and fixed income.
Over the years, Ursula has had exposure to ESG considerations, both at a fund and management entity level and has helped institutions implement ESG policies and become signatories to (and adhere to) the UN Principles for Responsible Investments.
Ursula qualified as a solicitor at Macfarlanes and holds a law degree from the University of Bristol.
