As Chief Operating Officer of Securitize, Billy oversees the operational backbone of the firm’s full-stack tokenization platform, ensuring the compliant issuance, management, and servicing of institutional-grade digital securities and real-world assets onchain.
Billy joined Securitize through the strategic acquisition of Pacific Stock Transfer, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and led the firm’s growth into a leading independent transfer agent. His leadership was instrumental in bridging traditional transfer agency functions with emerging digital capabilities, laying the groundwork for the integration of legacy financial infrastructure with blockchain-based systems.
At Securitize, Billy has played a critical role in the design, launch, and ongoing operations of tokenized funds and securities for some of the world’s most sophisticated issuers and asset managers.
