Mr. He Kai is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of GF International Investment Managent Ltd. Before joining GF International, he was the CIO of Bosera Asset Management (International). Prior to that, Mr. He worked as a global fixed income portfolio manager at China Investment Corporation and he started his career as an exotic credit derivatives trader at ABN AMRO Bank. Mr. He holds MSc in Financial Economics from Oxford University and MPhil in Management Studies from Cambridge University, and he received BSc in Electronic Information Science and Technology from Peking University.
