Letlotlo (“Coco”) Lefoka is an Associate Director in Prime Brokerage at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, covering hedge funds and alternative asset managers with a focus on financing solutions and investor engagement. Earlier in his career, he worked in banking strategy, advising on capital allocation initiatives and strategies to drive international business growth, including M&A advisory mandates spanning financial and strategic evaluation, risk management, and post‑integration value creation.

Coco holds an MBA in Finance from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia. He is a native of the Kingdom of Lesotho in Southern Africa.
