CEO, APAC, Mindflick & Former England Cricket Team Captain & 100 Caps
Sir Andrew Strauss has been involved in many of English Cricket’s greatest moments in recent memory. Having made his debut for England in 2004, he was the only English Batsman to score two centuries in the famous Ashes victory over Australia in 2005. He was appointed England captain in 2009, and proceeded to become one of only three England captains (alongside Sir Len Hutton and Mike Brearley) to win the Ashes both home and away. Under his leadership, the England cricket team became the No.1 ranked Test team in the world for the first time since the 1950’s.
He currently is based in Hong Kong, growing his Performance psychology business, Mindflick as CEO, APAC. Mindflick turns elite performance psychology into everyday tools that help individuals and teams thrive under pressure, adapt through change, and deliver when it counts.
In addition, he is Chair of TTB Sport Capital and a frequent contributor to Sky Television.
Andrew was awarded a Knighthood to services to cricket in the Prime Minister’s resignation honours in late 2019.
