Lisa Ooi

Lisa Ooi is the Head of Compliance for the APAC region at Verition and is based in the Singapore office. Prior to joining Verition, she helmed and developed the regional compliance function across hedge funds and private equity. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Asset and Wealth Management practice based in Singapore. She sits on the Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee and Ethics Committee at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA); and is a qualified CPA across Singapore, Australia and ASEAN.
