Alicia Paternott is a strategist on Northern Trust’s Portfolio Solutions team, specializing in transition management and implementation strategy. Since joining Northern Trust in 2022, she has supported institutional clients across APAC and EMEA through complex multi-asset transitions, delivering pre-trade analysis, execution strategy, and post-trade reporting. Alicia is a member of 100 Women in Finance and serves on the AIMA Young Professionals and Northern Trust Women in Leadership committees.
Prior to relocating to Sydney in 2025, Alicia spent three years with Northern Trust in London.
