Managing Director, Private Credit, Alternative Credit Council
Nick Smith joined AIMA in February 2017 and is currently Director, Private Credit. His role focuses on public policy and regulatory issues for the non-bank lending sector on behalf of the Alternative Credit Council.
Prior to joining AIMA, Nick worked in advocacy roles for the banking and asset finance sectors concentrating on credit regulation, FATCA, wealth management, corporate governance and professional standards. Nick has a degree in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester.
