Martin Arrowsmith, Head of Emerging Risks and Special Projects, Bank of England
Martin is a Head of Department leading the Bank’s financial stability work on financial system-wide stress testing, horizon scanning, and investigating how structural changes and emerging risks may impact the financial system. He previously led the Bank’s monitoring of the banking sector and has worked in a variety of roles across risk management, supervision, and financial stability.
