Dr. Wang is the CEO of Governance Solutions Group, a China based ESG and corporate governance research and rating, alternative data and software solution provider. He earned his SJ.D. on corporate governance and securities regulation from Stanford Law School. He is a founding Council Member of the China Finance 40 Forum, the Vice Chair of the ESG Committee of Hong Kong Chinese Asset Managers Association, an invited expert on the Sustainable Investment Committee of both AMAC and IAMAC. He is also a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
