"Andrew Kandiew, CPA, Senior Managing Director, joined K2 Advisors in October 2007.
Prior to K2 Mr. Kandiew was with Commonfund Group where he worked as Treasurer & CAO for two years and as Managing Director in the Risk
Management Department for five years. Prior to the Commonfund Group, Mr. Kandiew worked as Senior Auditor and then Senior Tax Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand in Stamford; at M.D. Sass Investors Services, Inc.
in New York as Controller; at Vantage Global Advisors, Inc. in New York as the CFO; and then as the CFO and COO at Clariden Asset Management in New York. Mr. Kandiew has also served on the Board of Directors at Northeast DBS Management, Inc. in Williston, VT; and as President of the Asset Recovery Corporation in Wilton, CT.
Mr. Kandiew holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, Storrs in 1984 and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, Storrs in 2016."
