Head of UK PACT China Green Finance Programme, British Embassy Beijing
Joyce Guo is the Head of UK PACT China Green Finance Programme at the British Embassy Beijing, responsible for the multi-year green finance projects, green finance policies and stakeholder management with governments, financial institutions, NGOs as well as think tanks for positive and sustainable societal changes. Joyce joined the Embassy since 2016. Previously she worked for E&Y and EU delegation to China. Joyce holds a master degree majoring in International Business Management from Newcastle University in the UK.
