Ross Ladley

Ross Ladley has been with Bridgewater Associates since 2015 and led the firm's resiliency program since 2019. He oversees business continuity, technology disaster recovery, and firmwide incident response, partnering with business units across the enterprise to mitigate operational risk and safeguard critical operations. Prior to Bridgewater, Ross was a senior consultant at Avalution (now Riskonnect), advising Fortune 500 clients across industries on resiliency and risk management.
