Slawomir Rzeszotko is CEO of Jane Street MENA and Head of Institutional Sales & Trading for Europe and Asia at Jane Street. He leads the firm's institutional business across ETFs, fixed income, and electronic equities, and has helped expand its footprint across EMEA and Asia, including the Middle East.
Slawomir joined Jane Street in 2014, with over a decade of buy-side ETF experience. At Vanguard Asset Management, he launched the firm's European ETF business as Head of ETF Capital Markets. He previously held ETF roles at Barclays Global Investors and BlackRock, giving him a rare, 360-degree view of ETF trading
