Deputy Director-General, Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises, Financial Secretary's Office (OASES)
Dr Jimmy Chiang is the Deputy Director-General of the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES). Prior to joining OASES in August 2024, Dr Chiang worked with Invest Hong Kong for over 20 years where he had served as Associate Director-General since 2015, managing the business operations of a number of industry teams as well as all geographical teams. Before his tenure with the government, Dr Chiang worked with an international shipping company in various managerial roles for five years.
