Rhonda Eldridge

CEO, Haddison Advisory Partners (HAP)

Rhonda has over 25 years of experience in the alternative investment fund sector, progressing from CFO to country and regional managing director roles. Recently, she's expanded into fintech, blockchain, and digital assets.

Beginning at PwC in Canada, Rhonda specialized in financial services audits, focusing on investment funds, banks, and insurance. At Fortis Prime Fund Solutions (now ABN Amro), she served as CFO of a private banking client, later being appointed to spearhead and expand their fund administration business, ultimately becoming regional Managing Director (Americas). Rhonda has worked with top alternative investment funds on a range of strategies and structures providing fund administration, banking, custody, and investment services, and held a similar role at UBS Global Asset Management - Fund Services.

In recent years, Rhonda has refocused on the audit of hedge funds, private equity funds and crypto-digital assets funds. 

Rhonda is the CEO-founder of Haddison Advisory Partners and Harness All Possibilities (HAP), a non-profit she founded. She also serves as a director at Dunewood Advisors offering fiduciary and business advisory services.

Active in the alternative investment industry, Rhonda sits on the global board of Help for Children and is a member of AIMA’s Digital Assets Working Group. Recognized as a 2019 DevCon Scholar by the Ethereum Foundation, she is deeply involved in the digital assets-blockchain community.

Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Queen's University, Canada, and is a qualified accountant with the Canadian Institute of Professional Accountants. She completed "Women on Boards: Succeeding as a Corporate Director" at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2023 and is a member of WomenExecs on Boards (WEoB), advocating for diversity in boardrooms.
