Maria Collett-Bevan

Maria is a Senior Associate in the Funds and Financial Services team at A&O Shearman.  She has extensive financial services experience, specialising in financial services regulatory matters, funds and asset management.  She advises both Australian and foreign clients across a range of financial services matters, including AFS and market licensing, breach reporting, payments service provider requirements, funds establishment and anti-money laundering. Maria has worked across New Zealand, Guernsey and Australia, advising global financial institutions, fund managers, investment managers, and payment service providers in relation to their regulatory and compliance matters, including liaising and negotiating with the relevant regulators on their behalf.
