Xiaoxiao Ma

As the co-head of Market Development Department at DCE, Ms. Ma is in charge of overseas business development, as well as DCE enterprise risk management program and investor education. Ms. Ma joined DCE in 2010 and worked in various departments. Before DCE, Ms. Ma was a Senior Analyst at Luminant Energy where she spent four years focusing on power and gas derivatives trading. She holds Master’s Degree in Quantitative and Computational Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology in the U.S. and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
