Sinyee is the founder of Integrity Consulting, a specialist financial services regulatory compliance consultancy in Singapore. Sinyee advises asset managers and other financial services firms on Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) licence applications and on their post-licensing compliance obligations. Sinyee is Deputy Co-Chair of AIMA’s Singapore Regulatory Committee. Before consulting on compliance for the past 8 years, Sinyee spent 7 years at the MAS in the capital market enforcement and financial market strategy development departments. She started her career as a litigator in leading law firms in Singapore, Hong Kong and London handling regulatory investigations and white-collar crime litigation. She is fluent in 4 languages including Chinese.
