The position sits within AIMA’s Asset Management Regulation team and reports to the Global Head of Asset Management Regulation and Sound Practices.
About the role
A primary responsibility is managing and enhancing AIMA’s Regulatory Horizon Scan, the association’s online regulatory tracker. The role also involves supporting member working groups, producing policy materials, and amplifying team output through digital channels. This role offers significant exposure to U.S. financial regulation, member engagement and cross‑border policy work and opportunities to learn directly from senior members of the team. Over time, responsibilities will expand based on your strengths and the association’s needs.
The role requires strong autonomy, initiative, intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn about complex regulatory issues impacting hedge, private credit and digital assets funds and communicate AIMA’s positions clearly.

- Strong technology and social media skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop/InDesign, HTML, AI tools, X, LinkedIn) to visualize and share information.
- Excellent writing, editing, and research abilities. AI can be used as a tool when appropriate, but it is important to be able to manually summarize meetings where transcription is not permitted.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information.
- Ability to represent the association in a professional manner when taking part in meetings with senior stakeholders or attending events.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
