Spotlight on Compliance
AIMA's spotlight on compliance includes a wide body of implentation guides and guidance. Each guide or piece of guidance relates to a specific new rule or set of rules and can be used by firms and their employees to assist them in with implementation. Because of the significant number of pending rules and final rules with open compliance periods, we have divided this information by country/region. Managers should keep in mind that ther may be rules adopted or pending in a country/region that will affect all managers if they are engaging in activities like marketing fund shares in that country/region or making investments in that country/region.
