She specialises in Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) and Real Estate and Private Equity (Alternatives) with more than 20 years of international work experience. Birgit's key focus is to turn AML/CTF regulatory discussions into pragmatic advice and provide insights into solutions that add value to business to support players to protect their reputation mitigate their internal AML risks. Birgit works with large international asset management clients in Luxembourg who act as transfer agent, management company or global distributors. As part of her distribution due diligence service role, she provides advice in understanding AML/CTF in the distribution context to Management Companies and to distributors. She services asset managers and distributors alike with distribution due diligence services, helping to ease the process and ensuring a good understanding.
