AIMA APAC: The Alternatives – Diverse Minds and Inclusive Leaders Virtual Workshop

Singapore China Japan Hong Kong Australia Diversity

AIMA would like to invite you to an exclusive Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) virtual workshop. The first of its kind to be offered to our AIMA APAC members in collaboration with EY.

The hedge fund industry has been subject to unprecedented forces of changes recently. Hedge fund managers and investors alike increasingly recognise the role that diversity can play in combating group-think creating better decisions and thus better investment outcomes.

This AIMA APAC virtual workshop will be a practical, interactive virtual workshop allowing participants to raise questions to help you define your own D&I action plan including specific sharing on:

  • Career development of diverse talent
  • Inclusive policy and process
  • Creating a culture of belonging

You will learn practical steps that firms of all sizes can take to improve D&I across the organisation. The best practices will build off our AIMA paper "The Alternatives", which was produced with the support of EY.

This virtual workshop will welcome like-minded participants the opportunity to discuss with experts who have experienced similar challenges and can share their best practices.
