In this webinar the speakers will provide an overview of the 5% reporting rule, securities covered by the rule, the manner in which reports are made by managers, and considerations relevant to the manner in which the purpose of shareholding is disclosed. This is an introductory level seminar (i) for smaller managers new to the Japanese market; (ii) to provide orientation to staff not directly responsible for filings and (iii) for review by experienced managers seeking a refresher before commencing reporting.
