AIMA APAC Webinar: SFC’s Consultation Conclusions on Climate-related Risks in Funds

Hong Kong Singapore China Japan Australia ESG Risk management

AIMA APAC invites you to join our webinar on 5 October 2021.

Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) released on 20 August 2021 a Consultation Conclusions paper, which set out amendments to the Fund Manager Code of Conduct and an accompanying circular, prescribing requirements for fund managers, to take climate-related risks into consideration in their investment and risk management processes and make appropriate disclosures.

This panel will share updates and key highlights in the Consultation Conclusions, which incorporated some of the policy and drafting proposals offered by AIMA during both the soft and formal phases of the consultation process, and discuss the implications for asset managers going forward.
