In this webinar the speakers will provide an overview of the short selling regulations and Japan Regulation M and outline the relevant rules, including dos and don’ts when short trading in Japanese equities.

This is an introductory level seminar (i) for smaller managers new to the Japanese market; (ii) that provides an orientation for staff not directly responsible for trading and (iii) to refresh the knowledge base of more experienced staff trading Japanese markets.
