Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) issues are increasingly taking centre stage, with Europe and UK leading the way through the rapid imposition of mandatory disclosure requirements, with growing opportunities for ESG integration in Asia.

 

Amidst these developments, we are delighted to announce the launch of our inaugural AIMA ESG Primer for Asset Managers in Asia. The Primer is designed to be a useful resource for asset managers, so as to help them understand emerging developments in the ESG space, and facilitate meaningful conversations between asset managers, investors, and other stakeholders.

 

As part of the launch we will be holding a virtual panel, which will focus on global and regional developments and opportunities for ESG investing, upcoming regulatory reform evolution and trends, and the implications of changing societal and investor expectations.
