This session will look at the management of non-financial risks, including the recommendations and some “best practice” actions that can be derived from APRA’s Prudential Inquiry into the CBA and APRA’s industry self assessment findingsThe session will also cover ASICs growing focus on corporate governance and likelihood of near future action against individual directors - with further heightened risks for the Board and Executives from the broadening of the Banking Executive Accountability Regime (and potential inclusion of fund managers).
