AIMA Hong Kong Breakfast Education Seminar: New Transfer Pricing Regulations – Impact on the Alternative Investment Management Sector

Hong Kong

A bill containing fundamental changes to Hong Kong’s international tax system was introduced on 10 January 2018. The proposals to implement the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) minimum standards are lengthy, complex and arguably the most significant tax changes ever proposed in Hong Kong.

As a result there are aspects and requirements under the new law that all alternative investment managers need to consider with respect to their transfer pricing positions in Hong Kong.

We are delighted to invite you to join a focused seminar, where our experienced financial services transfer pricing professionals will take you through the new regulations, highlight specific aspects which affect managers with operations in Hong Kong and also discuss actions which should be taken to manage tax/TP risk.
