The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has introduced granular reporting rules in relation to certain equity positions in Indian securities, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which implement the rules. In this session, we will discuss issues arising for fund managers in relation to these rules, and provide updates from our discussions with SEBI and relevant parties onshore.
