The Herbert Smith Freehills employment, pensions and incentives team will examine key employment considerations that impact investment management firms from hiring to firing.
During the session, the speakers will discuss the following:

- Managing key man risks: protecting company confidential information and IP and managing competition and solicitation by former employees
- Emerging employment issues in transactions: structuring employee transfers and assignments and the rise of the 'Weinstein clause'
