New CIMA rules are coming into play on the 18 September 2026 and the impact of this is that funds, managers and administrators are going to need to review and update their AML compliance programmes, noting that CIMA will have new enforcement powers to enforce compliance with AML/CFT/CPF and financial sanctions obligations.  In this panel session the speakers will help us understand the new rules, what has changed and how best to adapt to these new requirements.
