AIMA, in partnership with Simmons & Simmons, is delighted to invite members to our annual in-person gathering of the alternative investment industry in Italy. This year we will be meeting in Milan and it is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with peers, exchange ideas and get a step ahead of current market and regulatory developments affecting your business.

We will be examining how AIFMD2 is being implemented in Italy and looking at new changes to the Unified Financial Act (Testo Unico della Finanza). In addition there will be updates on the progress of the EU’s Retail Investment Strategy and Anti-Money laundering Package as well a look at how the UK’s proposed changes to AIFMD will impact reporting for Italian firms doing business there.
