We want to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our guests in accordance with all health and safety guidelines from the HKSAR Government.
As such, it is a request that all attending guests must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccine dose (digital copy is accepted) at the registration table.
The venue would also request that our members utilise the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile application (RED OR AMBER QR CODE IS NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND). Medical exemption certificate isn't allowed.
All guests must present a photo showing negative rapid antigen test obtained within 24 hours showing their name and date of when they tested.
Final decision remains in the hands of AIMA.
Venue capacity is constrained due to HK Government COVID-19 social distancing measures.
Please note this event is open to AIMA Members only and there is a limit on the number of attendees per firm.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
